About                     CV
Hi there!

Here’s a little about me:

I am a designer that uses kinetic and dynamic processes to design, drawing on my knowledge of medicine, sport and science, to create identities and campaigns. I am creatively playful, and like to introduce bold, visual energies to communicate social causes and initiatives, particularly excited in exploring gender stereotypes.

Recently, I have graduated from Kingston University with a First Class Honours, having also completed an Erasmus year in industry. I worked as a design intern at Interbrand, Cologne and Graphasel Design Studio, Budapest. I am currently the Head graphic designer at Tequila Mockingbird, UK, and have previously worked for Studio KT1.

I have done freelance Graphic Design and illustration work for multiple companies including Jäegermeister, Bentalls Centre, Kingston First, Brush & Bubbles, HS2 rebellion and individuals including Eddie Brett, Dr Bryan Tulley, Denise Kelly Nutrition and others for over 6 years.

I was the live artist for VIN+OMI at London Fashion Week 2019, leading to a collaboration with King Charles at Highgrove House that involved many many stinging nettles. The resulting clothes are to be placed in the V&A museum’s permanent collection. I have been the winning artist of Kingston Sculpture Trail’s 2021 branding in collaboration with Sophie Smith and Esdras Da Costa. I have won Kingston Canvas 2020, a campaign to get people back on the high street after lockdown with my design being put up in a shop window, notably a special thanks to Studio KT1 for this opportunity.

My passions of medicine led me to my favourite project thus far, creating an animation for children in collaboration with Cardiac Risk in the Young, helping children to understand how they will be treated for cardiac conditions within the hospital. This raised over £7500 for the charity, and was shown on BBC News 2020.

Enough about me now,
I hope you enjoy looking through my work, and thank you for taking the time to look through my website.

“I've enjoyed working with Imogen over the last few years on many varied projects for external clients and partners. She's proven to be a reliable designer with a unique approach as well as an artist in her own right and also acted as a champion for the work of Studio KT1, recruiting students to work on projects as well. She was one of our first hires as we launched Not My Beautiful House and key in developing the shop and gallery, meeting sellers, and encouraging artists to work with us. She also project-managed our recent Bentall Centre pop-up, coordinating groups of students and running workshops. She's made a real difference to the client work Studio KT1 has done and enhanced it's reputation as well as developing her own style and experience through client interactions.”

“Imogen and I have worked closely together for the past 2 years, producing a variation of artwork; from Social content to new menu designs, to rebranding the fonts and colours. Immie continues to evolve the brand effortlessly, bringing innovative ideas to the table every week. She is always a delight to work with and is an integral part to the Marketing team. I would highly recommend Immie as a Graphic Designer for your company.”

“Imogen was a delight to work with, a great addition to our team. She is a quick learner, was able to jump in very quickly and and completed all the tasks we gave her in a timely manner. She showed a lot of imagination and creativity, and although she has a very strong personal style, she was able to create all kind of designs for different platforms. Overall an excellent intern.”
